Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Operational Planning & Readiness: Develop station operating procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and service plans (including passenger flows and ticketing).

  • Safety & Security: Implement Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies, design crowd control plans, and ensure compliance with railway safety regulations.

  • Infrastructure & Maintenance: Oversee the functionality of station equipment (signalling, passenger info systems, gates) and manage facility maintenance, including regular inspections.

  • Staff Management: Train, deploy, and supervise station staff to maintain service excellence.

  • Incident Management: Lead the response to service disruptions, accidents, or emergencies, including coordinating with external agencies.
