About the job Statutory Accounting and Control Manager

Job Purpose:

To coordinate and manage activities of the Trust and to provide accounting and statutory support to the Company in accordance with the requirements of the respective trust documents. To provide technical accounting support and advice to Company Finance Management on IFRS accounting for all entity types within the South African legal entity structure.

Qualifications and Experience:

• BCom Honours degree in Accounting or Financial Management.
• Chartered Accountant of South Africa (CA(SA)).
• 6-8 years of experience in financial management.
• Experience in statutory reporting and financial statement preparation would be advantageous.
• Experience in employee share trust administration would be advantageous.
