Job Description
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Review of contract, technical drawing and equipment specifications to meet design obligations. On time execution of design and engineering production drawing plan for awarded projects. To liaise with designer, classification, vendors and client to meet new building, ship repair and conversion specification compliances. Ability to read design drawings and carry out Interpretation based on classification rules and Maritime regulation. Address to technical comment in writing, prepare solution proposal and prepare drawing remarks to correspond with related parties. Prepare production drawing based on class reviewed drawings or client issued drawings. Drawing responsibility to cover preparing of general arrangement, outfitting drawing, lifesaving arrangement, structure strength calculation, structure block construction plan, weight calculation, weight control, structure lifting arrangement etc. Assist commercial newbuilding and ship repair in tender ...
