As a pivotal part of RCM’s Stewardship team, the Associate Director will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive stewardship initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Development and Marketing teams to enhance donor experiences and engagement. With focus areas in major gifts and donor recognition, this role demands a strategic thinker capable of building lasting relationships.
