1st Select are looking for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor / Domestic Energy Assessor who would be able to carry out detailed inspections of houses and flats, both internally as well as externally. Our client is a leading Consultancy in the Surveying industry, that has won a large contract covering Ramsgate and Dover areas and we are looking for a Stock Condition Surveyors/DEAs to partake in this project.
Responsibilities/requirements will include…
Stock Condition Surveying Experience
Experience with lodging EPCs
Elmhurst accreditation required
HHSRS Experience
5 days a week availability
Benefits for the worker

*Payment outside of IR35*
This will be a 3-month contract with the possibility of leading on to additional work.
