Stock Shift Supervisor

Micheldever Tyres is looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Stock Shift Supervisor with excellent work ethic to join our team. Reporting to the Shift Manager/Operations Manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of the shift operation through a team of warehouse operative and or Drivers.

You will be responsible for implementing the Companies Standard Operational Policies, Procedures and Practices including Health and Safety. As a support to the Shift Manager/Operations Manager you will take a proactive approach to drive the Shift forward with new initiatives, whilst creating a positive working environment and culture for team members.

• Location : Bury St Edmunds
• Shift Pattern : Monday to Friday 07:00-16:00
• Must have : Warehouse / Logistics experience, with proven leadership skills. Please be aware heavy lifting is involved.
