Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the store operations team consistently adheres to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company regulations.
- Review, update, and develop SOPs to improve and maintain effective store operational processes.
- Monitor store activities to ensure compliance and prevent any fraudulent actions.
- Conduct regular training sessions for store teams on SOPs and company policies.
- Proactively identify and investigate any irregularities or findings that may indicate potential fraud.
- Prepare and deliver detailed investigation reports related to fraud cases within store operations.
