Store Auditor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic physical audits of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Verify ERP transactions (GRN, stock transfer, material issue, dispatch) against physical records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, unauthorized modifications, or backdated entries.
• Audit dispatch processes to ensure accuracy, documentation, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
• Recommend system control improvements and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory mismatches and ensure smooth data flow.
• Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO, and internal audit standards.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of inventory control, dispatch, and ERP audit systems.
• Hands-on ERP experience with audit trails and access control.
