Pay Rate: £17.00 per hour

SG / DS SIA licence required.

Previous Store Detective experience / 3 years Retail Security Experience plus strong understanding of retail loss prevention required.

Your Time at Work

• Provide covert security to contribute to the safety and security of the client's premises and staff. Having the ability to be 'invisible' and blend in is crucial.
• Have a clear understanding of ASCONE to ensure any and all stops are legal and safe.
• Have a high attention to detail to spot tells and suspicious behavior that others might miss.
• Multi‑Site Travel: This is a mobile role. Candidates must be willing and able to travel between various Tesco sites within the local area.
• Apprehension & Conflict Management: Ability to safely detain shoplifters and de‑escalate volatile situations.
