I am recruiting an experienced Retail Manager to oversee a team of four and to lead a busy bathrooms and tiles showroom just outside of Wexford town.

You may be a current store manager or an assistant manager or department manager looking for a step up.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for bathrooms, sales, and customer service to oversee the day-to-day operations, drive sales & margin, manage stock, manage people, and ensure an exceptional customer experience for each and every customer.

As Showroom Manager, you and your team will engage with customers to understand their individual needs, providing expert guidance and inspiration as you lead them through a personalised showroom experience.

A retail background in bathrooms is essential for this role.

Salary & Package: €40k-€50k negotiable but must reflect experience, Commission, Bonus, Pens...
