Job Description

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail store driving sales and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of store operations including staff management, inventory control and customer service. Ensure the store is well‑maintained and complies with company policies and standards.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train and supervise store staff. Foster a positive and motivated team culture. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming and helpful atmosphere. Address customer inquiries, concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
