Job Description

Beyond a competitive base salary of $52,000 to $65,000 , you will enjoy company benefits, bonuses, and additional compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the customer service team to consistently deliver exceptional omni‑channel experiences, including in‑store eCommerce sales and order fulfillment within defined service levels.
  • Enforce the operating model customer service standards and ensure compliance with visual compliance, store maintenance, pricing, and promotional set‑ups.
  • Deliver annual corporate shrink targets through team education, enforcement of LP audit standards, and rigid inventory control.
  • Oversee preparation for annual inventories and adhere to all corporate LP, Cash, Audit, and OH&S policies and procedures.
