Job Overview

Manager – Melfort location at Vaping the Way, a trusted vape supplier in Saskatchewan.

Salary: $19‑23 per hour (based on experience) plus bonuses and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate sales staff.
• Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules.
• Authorize payments and the return of merchandise.
• Resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
• Prepare reports regarding sales volume, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Hire and train new sales staff, and monitor and report on performance.
• Ensure visual standards and store image are maintained (store displays, signage, cleanliness).
• Perform duties of supervised workers when required.
