Store Manager (Scarborough)

Job Summary

Store Manager position in Scarborough, Ontario. Full‑time, starting salary $50,000–$55,000 per year. Day shift: Monday – Friday 6:30AM–6:00PM, Saturday 8:00AM–5:00PM, Sunday 10:00AM–4:00PM. Reporting to the Store Group Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Achieve sales and profit goals by controlling expenses, managing working capital and inventory, and driving growth while optimizing net contribution.
• Maintain Dulux’s high customer‑service standards for yourself and your team.
• Foster associate engagement through effective leadership.
• Hire, lead, empower, and manage the team, partnering with and mentoring team members.
• Ensure the exterior and interior of the store, including cleanliness and merchandising displays, meet Dulux standards.
