Overview
As a Store Manager, your role is to run your own store with an entrepreneurial spirit, prioritising customers, colleagues and local communities.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to create a culture where our customer experience is the best in the market, in line with the Morrisons brand, and constantly seek new ways to serve customers better.
- Work hard to achieve the best commercial performance of the store, treating it as if it were your own business and constantly improving the offering.
- Lead all people activities including recruitment, induction, training and development, and build an inclusive culture where everyone is empowered to deliver great customer service.
- Build and manage relationships, understanding the important role the store plays in supporting the local community.
