About the job Store Operations Assistant Key Responsibilities

Support daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow

Assist with opening and closing of the store

Handle customer enquiries and provide basic customer service support

Assist in stock receiving, stock replenishment, and inventory checks

Ensure store cleanliness, tidiness, and proper display of merchandise

Support cashiering duties and basic POS operations (if required)

Coordinate with supervisors, store managers, and other team members

Assist in preparing daily reports and operational records

Requirements

Minimum secondary education or equivalent

Prior experience in retail / store operations is an advantage

Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Good communication and interpersonal skills
