Responsibilities

• This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently and accurately processing customer laundry orders. Duties include receiving and sorting laundry, operating washing and drying machines, folding and ironing garments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and equipment.
