Responsibilities
- Lead a team of self-driven members to achieve sales targets
- Monitor sales and stock levels and coordinate replenishment schedules
- Monitor and analyze sales results and report findings to management
- Serve as ambassador of the brand, collect information/ feedback through customer interactions and report to the head office
Qualifications
- At least graduate with a college degree
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Possesses a hunger for success and strong motivation to achieve committed targets
- Knowledge with using MS tools specifically Word and Excel
- Supervisory experience in a leading retail store is essential
- Willing to work in Marquee Mall, Pampanga
