What You’ll Do
- Support daily store operations and help keep everything running smoothly
- Assist in achieving sales targets and motivate the team to perform their best
- Ensure shelves are well-stocked and products are properly displayed
- Deliver excellent customer service and handle concerns with professionalism
- Step in to lead the team when the Store Manager is not around
- Help train and guide team members to improve performance
What We’re Looking For
- Graduate of any 4-year course (or with relevant experience)
- With supervisory experience (retail or service industry is a plus!)
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
