As a Supervisor, you'll lead by example on the floor, supporting the Store Manager and coaching your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience every day. What You'll Do
- Lead day‑to‑day store operations and support the management team
- Mentor, coach, and motivate Sales Associates during shifts
- Oversee opening and closing procedures and cash reconciliation
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations with professionalism
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and ensure compliance
- Model and uphold company standards for service, safety, and presentation
