Store Supervisor – Wine & Beyond – Sage Hill. As a Store Supervisor, you will help ensure the store operates efficiently and that customers receive friendly, knowledgeable service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading teams, supporting store operations, and creating an exceptional customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
- Model professionalism, teamwork, and a robust ownership mindset.
- Assist with product rollouts, promotions, and inventory management (ordering and receiving).
- Verify IDs and ensure all sales follow Alberta liquor laws and company policies.
- Support the store in meeting financial targets and following cash-handling procedures.
