JOB PURPOSE


Provide IT support services (Hardware and Software) to Store operations in order to resolve


encountered problems that affects use of Computer systems (Point of Sales machines, printers,


scanners, etc.)

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


• Analyzes and solves Store computer applications and systems hardware problems via Phone support,


email, remote support or other Information Technology platforms.


• Install POS Hardware and Software applications for use in new Store openings


• Provides a wide range of technical assistance to Store operation users.


• Provides technical support for research and development initiatives and new technologies.


• Suggest alternative procedures to improve existing procedures when needed


• Maintains applicable records including user lists, user accounts and security, and equipment
