Job Description
Manage and organise inventory by ensuring proper storage, labelling, and accurate stock control for smooth daily operations.
Monitor stock levels, arrange timely replenishment of supplies, and issue items based on approved requisitions while maintaining accurate stock records.
Record all stock movements, including receipts, issuance, and transfers, and support purchase requisitions and procurement processes.
Receive, check, and verify goods against delivery orders and invoices, ensuring proper documentation and filing for audit and compliance purposes.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of the store, including tracking expiry dates and ensuring proper handling of perishable items.
Liaise with vendors and internal departments on inventory matters, assist with stock takes and reconciliation, support basic facilities coordination, and perform other duties assigned by Management. <...
