Responsibilities
- Maintain meticulous inventory records for all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) materials, ensuring accuracy and real‑time updates through a robust inventory management system.
- Oversee the receiving inspection and proper storage of incoming MEP supplies, verifying quantities against purchase orders and identifying any damages or discrepancies.
- Efficiently issue MEP materials to project teams and maintenance staff, ensuring adherence to requisition procedures and maintaining accurate issuance logs.
- Implement and enforce strict stock‑control measures to prevent loss, damage, or expiry of valuable MEP components, optimizing stock levels to meet project demands without overstocking.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in warehousing or logistics is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications in inventory management or a related field, such as APICS.
