  • Receive, check, and arrange incoming materials, hardware, tools, and stock.
  • Issue materials and tools to workers or project teams.
  • Record stock-in and stock-out accurately.
  • Keep the store area clean, organised, and safe.
  • Monitor low stock items and inform the purchaser/admin when replenishment is needed.
  • Assist with stock take and inventory checking.
  • Prepare materials for delivery to site when required.
  • Report damaged, missing, or incorrect items immediately.
Requirements
  • Experience as a storekeeper, warehouse assistant, or similar role preferred.
  • Experience in carpentry, renovation, construction, or manufacturing is an advantage.
  • Able to use basic Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Organised, responsible, and detail-oriented.
  • Able to communicate clearly with workers, suppliers, and office staff.
