Job Description

  • Speak fluent English and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders on both the client and internal side.
  • Bring proven experience managing and growing B2B client relationships, with a strong commercial instinct to identify upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Understand how digital products are built, comfortable discussing scope, UX/UI trade-offs, sprints, integrations, and technical feasibility without being technical.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills across both business and technical profiles.
  • Show a track record of high ownership, follow-through, and proactive relationship management.
  • Bring a strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution, able to lead account planning, roadmap conversations, and conflict resolution.
