A prominent staffing agency in Canada is seeking a Business Analyst (Level 2) with 5-10 years of experience in supporting business transformation initiatives within an IM/IT environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and the ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively. Familiarity with project management tools and bilingualism (French) are considered assets.
