Job Description
The World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) is seeking a Consultant to support the pilot phase of the Institutional Capability Framework (ICF). This home-based role involves refining the framework and developing performance signals to aid research institutions in enhancing their knowledge transfer capabilities.
