Strategic Finance & Reporting Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, compliance management, MIS reporting, FP&A activities, and process optimization. The ideal candidate should possess strong regulatory knowledge, ERP exposure, analytical capabilities, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial compliance related to Gift City, Income Tax, GST, RBI, FEMA, ROC, and SEZ regulations.
• Handle financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management presentations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial reporting and statutory compliance.
