Transcom is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Specialist for our Bacolod site. The HRBP will partner with key stakeholders to deliver HR services aligned with organizational needs, overseeing key HR initiatives and translating business requirements into effective HR practices.
Responsibilities include driving HR initiatives, managing people management issues, and supporting HR systems. Candidates should have a relevant university diploma and at least two years of HR experience.
