Job Description

Solera Corporation in Mexico City is seeking an Inside Customer Success Rep to foster relationships with customers. You will manage customer accounts, resolve issues, and drive engagement through proactive communication.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a customer success role and be adept at problem solving and relationship building. Familiarity with Salesforce and DOT regulations is a plus. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
