The individual will be pivotal in enhancing governance controls and reporting across the People & Culture function. Key responsibilities include translating workforce strategy and organisational priorities into structured reporting for executive committees. Candidates should possess a strong HR governance background and experience in senior-level reporting. This role does not allow remote work and is a contract position.
