Strategic PMO & Operations Leader

Pearl is seeking a PMO Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing technology projects across various departments, including Contact Center Operations and Revenue Management. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Project Management experience and a strong proficiency in project management tools.

The role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to monitor project scope, and establish governance processes. Knowledge of AI and automation solutions is highly valued. The position is based in Mexico, Jalisco.
