Job Description


The Strategic Pricing Manager EMA (f/m/d) is accountable for definition, evolving and continuous improvement of EMEA pricing strategy. The role ensures constant monitoring of opportunities to increase profitable growth (increase margin and/ or revenue) per sales region and profit center. The position is planned in Feldkirchen by Munich, but other site locations in Europe can be considered as well.


 


How You’ll Make an Impact: 



  • Own and continuously evolve the EMEA pricing strategy, ensuring compliance, transparency, and alignment with global policies while remaining highly attuned to local market and tender realities.

  • Act as a strategic business partner to Sales and Marketing teams, co‑developing go‑to‑market pricing strategies for reagents, instruments, bundles, and services, and actively supporting tender strategies when required.
