The Consultant will lead the development of a contemporary, PHIPA‑aligned privacy and data governance model to support EHR modernization and digital health transformation initiatives across Ontario. Senior Consultant with 10+ years of advanced experience, including significant, demonstrable expertise in health privacy, PHIPA compliance, and privacy governance within Ontario’s health system. Experience providing senior‑level strategic advice. Planning and implementation support for complex privacy and data governance initiatives at a national or international scale. Modernization aligned with PHIPA and OPS standards. Extensive experience in projects involving multifaceted stakeholder landscapes. Diverse data ecosystems. Stakeholder and change management.
