- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute end‑to‑end sourcing strategies for high‑value CSA and MEP packages to optimize project costs and ensure timely delivery.
- Vendor & Category Management: Identify, evaluate, and pre‑qualify a robust network of subcontractors, suppliers, and manufacturers. Nurture long‑term strategic partnerships.
