Job Description
The Manager, Strategic Sourcing for Stamping CL will be responsible for leading the strategic direction, development, and management of the Stamping category across TE Connectivity.
The role will require a strong focus on key aspects of the business, including the development of long-term strategies to support TE's growth and manufacturing footprint, make vs. buy decisions, regional supplier segmentation, enterprise productivity, supplier development in key growth areas, process improvement, and quality optimization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Stamping category that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals
- Determine the most appropriate Make vs. Buy strategy for the Stamping category and implement it in collaboration with TE's Segments, Business Units, and cross-functional teams
