A recruitment firm in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced recruitment leader to manage full-cycle recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership experience, strong interview skills, and familiarity with ATS. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and contribute to employer branding initiatives. A background in Real Estate or FMCG is preferred but not required.
