This role involves conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for operational and administrative positions, coordinating hiring decisions with internal leaders, monitoring recruitment KPIs, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in EMS companies, and possess a bachelor's degree in a related field.
Strong strategic thinking and operational execution skills are essential.
