Drive the execution of broadband strategic priorities by translating strategy into operational programs, ensuring cross-functional coordination, governance, and delivery of key business outcomes. Support the Strategy & Business Planning in operationalizing strategy and communicating priorities through clear executive materials and visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities
Translate broadband strategy into actionable execution programs, roadmaps, and delivery plans across sales, network, and operations teams.
Establish execution governance, tracking, and cadence reviews to ensure delivery of targets.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to remove execution bottlenecks and accelerate rollout of key initiatives.
Monitor program milestones, KPIs, and execution health of strategic programs.
