Please note that this role is based in Manchester, and our current hybrid working arrangement requires office attendance on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Responsibilities

As Planning Partner, you will play a critical role in driving strategic excellence in the accounts and teams you are involved in, and developing the strategy offering of Havas Lynx. You will report to, and work closely with, the CSO, leading the evolution and growth of the Strategy Team – from initial talent acquisition through to learning and development and retention. You will champion the function, celebrate successes internally and ensure the value of the Strategy Team is recognised, whilst also driving our presence both in the network and the wider industry.
