Stretch Expert

MyPT is looking for an experienced and results‑driven Stretch Expert to lead and expand our Stretch Trainers division across MyPT locations and On‑Demand services in the UAE.

This is a leadership role — not just a trainer position. We are looking for someone who can build, manage, and scale a professional stretch department with strong operational and coaching standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and manage a team of Stretch Trainers
• Develop stretching, mobility, and recovery protocols
• Ensure high service quality and client experience standards
• Lead trainer onboarding, education, and performance management
• Support operational growth across all locations and On‑Demand services
