This senior leadership role focuses on team management, project delivery excellence, and strategic growth within the structural practice, offering a competitive salary of $150,000–$190,000 CAD. Provide administrative leadership to a large team of engineers, technologists, technicians, and scientists focused on structural aspects of hydro and water-retaining infrastructure. Oversee design, assessment, and planning for diverse hydro and water projects serving public and private clients nationwide.
