Job Overview
Temporary 90‑day position in Abu Dhabi with potential for extension up to 3 additional months. Position contingent upon award of work. Responsible for maintaining and repairing structural components for pre‑engineered permanent, semi‑permanent, and temporary facilities at Al Dhafra Air Base (e.g., tension fabric shelters, trailer offices, lodging, water closets, metal ladders, stairs, railings, air‑conditioning unit structures) to support AFCAP mission.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair doors, structural components, roofing systems, floor systems, foundations, gutter systems, and surface coverings.
- Perform metal and fabric repair, fabrication, welding support (oxy‑acetylene cutting), corrosion control, pavement painting and striping, and form work for concrete.
