Job Description

Duties:

  • At the direction of the Program Coordinator or Team Leader, take photos and videos of participants and staff during Mini University programming.

  • Perform basic edits on photos and videos.

  • Fill in for registration or other office tasks as needed.

  • Assist Program Coordinator with Mini U’s social media, advertising and other promotional efforts before and during Mini U programs.

  • Some light cleaning and physical duties. Other relevant duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications/Experience:

  • Skillset: Limited advanced skills and judgment. Ability to work independently and/or with others effectively. Ability to work courteously with the public. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Detail-oriented, punctual and reliable. Awareness of and respect for confidentiality
