We are a leader in the student transportation industry, dedicated exclusively to delivering the highest standard of care and support to the students and families we serve.The Behaviour Specialist (internally titled Student Care Coordinator) works within 4Seasons’ Operations Student Care Department to support students and our employees, Transfer Care Specialists (TCSs), by ensuring safe, consistent, and best-practice when working with students with disabilities on the school bus.

Time Commitment:Full-Time

This is an in-office position with both office duties and field responsibilities. The role does not accommodate for remote or at-home work.
