The Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Student Environmental Health Officer to join our Environmental Protection Service.

You will need to meet the essential criteria for a Degree Apprenticeship at Leeds University as part of the role. You will work under the supervision of experienced Environmental Protection Officers, supporting the delivery of statutory environmental health and public protection functions while continuing to develop professional competence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with investigations, inspections, and enforcement activities across Environmental Protection functions
• Support delivery of statutory duties relating to environmental health and public protection
