Student Experience & Wellbeing Officer

As our Student Experience & Wellbeing Officer, you will play a key role in creating a positive and supportive environment for our students across the college. Working as part of the Health and Wellbeing team, you will help deliver a range of engaging wellbeing services and interventions, ensuring our students have access to the right support when they need it.

Responsibilities

• Provide duty cover in the Health and Wellbeing Centre.
• Run group sessions, workshops, and one‑to‑one support covering healthy relationships, substance misuse, smoking cessation, and sexual health.
• Deliver impactful health‑based workshops and collaborate with curriculum departments.
• Contribute to student inductions and gather student feedback to improve services.
• Manage counselling referrals, coordinate health‑related resources, and assist with essential administrative tasks for the Student Experience Team Leader.
