Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track attendance for corrective programmes and follow up on non-compliance
  • Coordinate session rescheduling and update parents on student progress
  • Conduct patrols during recess/lunch to monitor behaviour and enforce rules (e.g. no mobile phone use)
  • Engage students positively to prevent misconduct
  • Respond to student incidents, de-escalate situations, and guide behaviour
  • Prepare incident reports and liaise with Discipline Masters and school staff
  • Supervise corrective programmes and ensure task completion
  • Support school patrols, including out-of-school duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
  • At least 1 year experience in student supervision, social work, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
