Job Description
Support Student Development Team (SDT) in student management matters, including case management
- Help to locate and manage students in holding rooms during case management (e.g. missing students, meltdowns, discipline case).
- Support SDT to take statement from students as part of case management.
- Supervise student detention and in-school suspension.
- Supervise / engage students with additional needs (SwANs) - selected case support.
- Assist to review CCTV footage for case management.
- Assist the Case Management Team (CMT) to maintain records of all cases.
